Spellcaster/Synchro/Effect
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Each time a Synchro Monster is Synchro Summoned, draw 1 card.

A staple pretty much since Synchro Summons are all over the place. Free draws are an awesome thing in this game. A deck that this would shine is Fish. It can be easily summoned via a level 4 Fish and Fishborg Blaster and the deck spams synchros,especially Formula,who is turned into a Pot of Greed when Librarian is on the field,making an unorthodox but efficient draw engine,something that Fish need to be effective.

I don't see why not. It's a generic Synchro,2400 ATK is good for a Level 5 Synchro and it's DARK,so it can take down Catastor. It could replace Magical Android. More Cards > More Life Points in my opinion.

Wait....did I just see "broken" and "Cloudian" in the same sentence (other that "Cloudians aren't broken")?

Wow, he's literally a librarian. The artwork is amazing.

With Accel Synchro, i think it's pretty useful, easy to summon too. What if you have two of them on the field?

I think you draw 2 cards per Synchro Summon.

o_O seriously?
This card is just awesome and very eassy to summon with(what else?) Junk Synchron, I think it's far better than android and it can creater very good combos in many decks!
I am looking forward to this card :)

For some reason this card's effect is a Quick Effect and not a Continuous Effect, but if you have more than 1 copy of it they still activate simultaneously and form a chain, drawing as many cards as the number of copies of this card you have on the field when EITHER player synchro summons.

I love this card! I mean, I really wanted some lv5 generic synchro support since I don't like AOJ Catastor and Magical Android.

Other than the awesome 2400 attack it has a decent defense of 1800, and don't forget that it's a spellcaster (!!!), meaning that you can use a Plaguespreader Zombie or a Formula Synchron to synchro summon an Arcanite Magician for some major butt kicking.

Gotta love this card, seriously.

Time for an Epic Fish Combo!

Use Coleacanth's effect to summon 2 Metabo Sharks,1 Fishborg and 1 Oyster Meister. (+3)
Synchro Metabo + Fishborg to summon Librarian (-1)
Use Fishborg's Eff (+-0)
Synchro Metabo + Meister + Fishborg to summon Stardust and get 1 token from Meister and draw 1 from Librarian (+-0)
Use Fishborg's Eff (+-0)
Synchro Meister's Token + Fishborg for Formula and draw 2 from Formula and Librarian (+1)
Synchro Stardust + Formula for Shooting Star and draw 1 from Librarian (+-0)

End result: You gain 3 extra cards,2 free Synchros and your Deck is thinned by 4 cards.
