I can only think of 1 thing when I see this card.

Anti-Caius? :P 2500 attack and you can summon it when your opponent special summons a tribute fodder (f.e. Treeborn).

Nice beatstick, and can be used to side against side (f.e. D.D. Crow).

Could be usefull for decks like Inca.

Its effect and attack is just like Cyber Tyranno (if iam not wrong with the name). But to activate its Imperial iron wall's effect, it need a card again from our hand, xD :D. Its a good card in fabled or infernities deck, though

not bad, it's pretty useful. idk where you would play it though besides the side
tyann:yeah ik what you're talking about, it's called Cyber dinosaur. honestly...idk why no one uses Cyber Dinosaur. generally your opponent will special summon like crazy, so he's rarely dead. then again, like this guy, i don't see a specific place for him besides the side deck
