i think its a bit underated if you ask me, i think it could very well be a key support card in a deck but at the same time special summoning from the hand in high amounts without any way to refill your hand is very bad

i think its good but i think there are better options like reborn tengu, or dandylion etc.

Card actually has some potential. It's definately not the best hero but it has it's uses. The thing that comes to mind is a Junk and Debris Zero Varient, though I've even seen it in normal Zero before to tribute for Caius. He's not bad but there's not many decks for him

No. Not in a pure monarch build at least, there are far better ways to tribute without losing advantage *cough* treeborn*cough*. And even if you wanted to minus yourself, Cydra is 100x better. But in a Hero-based deck that uses a Caius or 2 maybe.
