Remember Forbidden Chalice? Here we have something similar yet different. They both change the ATK to do something to a monster,but here we reduce the attack to protect a monster. This can have several uses. It can be used as protection or to weaken your opponent,as well as stop a positive spell/trap from affecting your opponent's monster,like an Equip Card (or Forbidden Chalice xD).

It can be useful when, for example, the opponent activates Mirror at the same time you attack directly with a beatstick for game, but I don't see any other good uses of this card :S

You can also save your monster from Dark Hole,Bottomless,Torrential, Icarus Attack,Chariot (by activatinf Lance and then the effect),System Down (if you run Machines),Limiter Removal (not sure if this works),mess with your opponent's Scrapstorm,weaken your opponent's monster to run over it,weaken a 11400 Power Tool attacking you for game (true story) and many other stuff.

It's a personal trap stun armor that works for spells too :D

I like this card, it can be useful at times. BTH/TT/MF/DH, they can all be avoided with this.
