About your E-Hero Deck, I wanna tell you that you can change it to an Absolute Zero Deck, that is very Competitive.
So Remove all of your Monsters and put:
+1 Stratos
+3 Ocean
+3 Diva
+1 Spin Gilman
+2 Malicious
+1 Dasher
+1 Plaguespreader or Not. :)
+1 Diamond Dude
+1 Treeborn Frog

And for Spells Put out them all expect Future Fusion, Heavy Storm and the Miracle Fusions and add:
+1 Mystical Space Typhoon
+1 My Body as a Shield
+2 Pot of Avarice
+3 Smashing (I haven't test it)

For the Traps you can just put:
+1 Royal Decree

And finally to be:
2 Royal Decree
1 Mirror Force


The Remaining cards can be filled by you. :)

Sorry but I want to do this deck better (Elemental Hero Deck with these fusions I have)
