Guys i was wondering about the eff of this card when i activate this card i can remove 3 crds meaning from hand,from grave AND field or i must choose?

you can remove 1 from each place.
side note: Trishula doesn't target. you choose the card in grave and field during resolution(not during activation), and so does in the hand.

Like DarkMatter said, you can choose and remove up to 1 card from each place (Grave, hand and field). For example, you can remove 1 card from your opponent's hand, grave and field, but you can also remove only 1 card from your opponent's hand and field, it's up to you.

Also, I confirm that the effect does not target.
