If this card is Normal Summoned while you control a face-up "Six Samurai" monster, you can declare 1 Type. While this card is face-up on the field, monsters of the declared Type cannot declare an attack and both players cannot Special Summon monsters of the declared Type.

Useless. It can only ruin blackwings and we got consecrated for that sake :P

like vem said its useless and we can easilly side some cards for that..... try harder next time :P

I disagree, since this card would be a cool sideboard card for the archetype itself.

Since the effect looks a lot like the effect of Rivalry of the Warlords, which is useful for and against so many types of decks. Synchro spamm decks, GK's, Blackwings, Infernities, Quickdraw Dandy decks, Formula monarchs ( although the Monarchs might mess it up but at least you can stall ) you could even say dragon and kill scrap decks and there Chimera.

So it's not useless at all in my opinion, just not a main deck support but for sure in the side deck.
