i think he is good for a tribute fodder, and your opponent won't expect this.What do you think?

It's a good but not decent card . Stef made a deck that used those once :P . it was annoying like hell

honestly i dont see it as being all that useful, it kills 3 monster card zones in one shot limiting your possible swarming.

then you have to rely on your opponent special summoning which does happen rather often unless you run into some anti-meta deck, but at the same time if you are too reliant on a card that is reliant on your opponents play then it severely limits its playability especially since there are so many better options out there.

on the plus side its trade-in fodder as well as bait for a chaos sorceror summon

i could maybe see it played at 1 in a hopeless dragon varient

When someone ss's a monster it has usualy more than 2300 atk and can destroy your dragon, so the dragon only helps you with LP, it costs you 3 field spaces, slows your deck tactics.
I dont find it useful, better use effect veiler
