The Deck revolve around re-use-ing Fiendish Chain to negate the effect of your opponent's monster, and then return it by Dewloren/Mist Valley Falcon. Limit Reverse/CoTH is also another target for Dewloren's effect(yea, that effect target ;p), after summoning sangan/trooper/dandy, Genex Ally Birdman help to become dewloren by returning Debris who have special summoned Snowman Eater.

This deck strangely fare pretty well against LSS(6-1), though it having a hard time dealing with Necrovalley(2-5) since there's no card that able to destroy Valley in the main Deck except MST(well ok caius), though Fiendish Chain kinda PWNED GK Descendant hard.

I like the Deck. Maybe you could add a Raiza for possible locks with Falcon and Dewloren,and when it's released,also add Blackwing Zephyrus the Elite.

Falcon Control is ftw, glad someone realized that :P. I would definately go straight-up control though and screw synchroing. You really don't need it. I use the Tiger Wanghu+Burden combo in mine, it kills so much it's unreal. Plus you can return Burden for Falcon. Here's my build:

some techs seem extremely random but tey all have a purpose. If you equip Big Bang Shot to the opponents monster, it's removed when you return Shot to your hand with Falcon. Free +1 monster removal. For obvious reasons though don't run more than 1 bc it can be dead. Falcon can recycle Breaker too: Breaker is broken this format IMO and Falcon breaks it even more. Plus you can freeze their traps with Xing until you're reading to pop them, so screw Warning. Swords allows you to stall forever with Falcon. I'm thinking of removing some cards for Des Lacooda, his infinite plusing when you're stalling the opponent is amazing

Its whang-hu cuz he is pro XD. With king tiger, you dont losse to plants, you dont losse to sabers, you stall sams if you start the duel. King Tiger is the king of control !

but harpy add birdmans to the deck wich allows the deck to sumon dewloren ( with snowman ) , wich makes the deck pretty consistent IMO, gota gives credits to harpy too ;)

Yeah Xing Xhen Hu is really lol. The opponent will draw something like D-Prison and they'll be like "thank God now I can get rid of that dang Mist Valley". Then you flip Xing and they rage. They're like "WHO THE **** PLAYS THAT?!?!" XD. Actually Scorp, THIS is your deck, which you made last format:
