When a monster declares an attack, you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to negate the attack. When this card is selected as an attack target while it has no Exceed Material Monsters, destroy it.

Yuma's signature card + one of the few playable Exceed monsters right now. ;O

He's not called Utopia. His name is Aspiring Emperor Hope. He will be the ultra rare card in the starter deck that comes out in May 31. He is a nice monster but i don't know if he fits in competitive gameplay

That thing is mediocre. At least it has great artwork.

it would be interesting to say the least. gadgets would get a new 25 beater and he can also protect the gadgets on the field a little bit so you dont have to waste traps
