They only thing it can't negate is flip summons. So, yay you Jiz Xyz summon Solemn Jugdment with 2 dinosaurs! Hydrogeddon and Jurrac Guaiba are already loving Ragia. I wonder what else they'll give Exceeds...
Remember I said we'll get our three broken Exceeds? We're one sort in just the first two boosters.
