hey guys i talked to vem and i got the accept to host this

rules : match ups 2/3
side deck allowed
deck changing not allowed
no bw (except gale)
no ls ( except ryko)
no GB !!
no zombie synchro decks (except plaguespreader )
no burn,mill ,stall ,exodia decks
no otk /ftk
no flamvell /hamster cat other cat variants are ok
no machina gadgets ( other gadget variants are ok)
and no x sabers hope no one even had the idea lol ^^
just brionac blue and staff members can join this tourney !!
