Appropriate

Okay, if one guy has a face-up Appropriate and his opponent also has an Appropriate, when one duelist draws a card cause of an effect, the other guy draws two cards due to the effect of Appropriate. If so, doesnt the other duelist draw 2 cards aswell due to the effect of his Appropriate and then the other, thus repeating the same thing over and over?

The players draw cards until the one's deck is wiped out or until someone draws exodia.
This doesn't cause an Infinite Loop so it is legal ;)

Yes your right, it doesnt cause a chain either.
