Thats what the description sais! And this link is useless. You don't need to search in special rules on how to activate an effect :|

Like Georgenal said, Dark Armed Dragon's effect CLEARLY states "You can remove from play 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard to destroy 1 card on the field.".

If anyone has any problems for rulings and such, check if I'm online and I'll tell you, I'll be the Judge.
