You should keep Secret Village of Spellcasters in it! Since all Fortune Ladies are Spellcaster type it is very beneficial! If you have a spellcaster on the field, it will stop ur opponent from using Spell cards!!

Secret Village is nice,but I think there would be too many Fields on the deck. I like the fact that you have used qute a few unique techs,like Ruthless Denial and Magical Dimension. However,I don't think that you need the Seers and the Kinka-Byos. You already have enough draw power and summoning something on the End Phase is not that good. You could remove this to go down to 39 cards and add another card of your choice.

Yea, it depends what variations u wanna make! I also made many variations in my deck! I personally like to use Secret village to lock down my opponent !!

Fortune ladies are actually really fun to use, they screw with your opponent. There's a lot of versions of fl to run and a lot of tech, but I've found this to be the most consistent:
