Hello everyone. 2010 is coming to an end in around 1 month. SDA has been running for 7 months. We have went through many things , changes, and hard work from the staff, until we reached in the position we are now, and i am reffering to our solid war record , and the fact, that with forumotion statistics we are the 4th most active academy. That's a great achievement, considering that the 3 academies above us, are around for about one and a half year (and that we don't have the *cough* spamming topics that *cough* they have *cough) -no offense-. For those who are not in our community for a long time, i am gonna give a small speech about how SDA began and how it evolved. If you are bored to read, you can go to the next paragraph x] .
The academy was created by me and IversonSt3. At first we lacked of many basic things. We copied everything from other academies but we were constantly improving, and last month we decided to make the forum more original and fun. In that point i want to say that SDA would be nothing without its really great staff. At first Winduct brought to us the organization we needed, and is the example of how a moderator should be. Same, and even better words have to been told for sinakis. He may don't have much time, but when he is online he does everything that needs to be done! Stef and Geo took the great responsibility of changing the forum's appearance to something cool. With their knowledge on Web Design and Graphics, they made the forum really awesome, and they keep helping however they can. Of course SDA wouldn't exist if the every and single one of you wasn't active and cared for the forum, so i want to say a huge ''Thanks'' to everyone . I won't talk about myself because.. meh xD. ~End of boring stuff~

Now the interesting stuff xP! We Believe some people must be awarded for what they have done for SDA . Many people deserve to take a prize here and you are gonna pick who they will be!

There will be a list of categories below. You can nominate up to 2 people for each category and you cannot nominate yourself. The most nominated people will be added to the polls, which will open at 17th of December! Let's see the categories!

-Staff Member of the Year
Nominate the Staff member (Moderator and/or Administrator) who you think has helped SDA the most and was rensposible to his duties during 2010.

-Non-Staff Member of the Year
Nominate the best member, the most active member, the non-staff member that was the most helpful in SDA.

-Scouter of the Year
Nominate the member that has found the most interesting cards and discussed them at Card Discussion.

-Duelist of the Year
Nominate the member who has won tournaments and has done many duels in the arenas and the one who in your opinion is the best in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG

-Deck Builder of the Year
Nominate the member who, in your opinion, has built the most stable and/or original decks.

-Genius of the Year
Nominate the member who has answered the most questions about rulings and you believe he knows the rulings of the game really well

-SDA's War Machine of the Year
Nominate the member who has helped SDA the most during the wars we had versus other academies.

-Card Creator of the Year
Nominate the member who made the best fan-made Yu-Gi-Oh! cards.

-Artist of the Year
Nominate the member who in your opinion has made the most impressive GFX , Fan-Arts etc.

-Writer of the Year
Nominate the member who wrote the best articles and Fan-Fics

Belive me i see every post here but because my mozilla has a history problem it doesent log me and i am bored to log everytime. I didnt know that i had to have many posts to vote.. I thought that i just had to vote and since i know altmost everyone here i thought that i could do that. If it is bad for someone that doesent post that much or u dont know him or w/e to vote then get my votes out.

Since u edited i might as well reply to that Geo thing.
If for me Geo is the best COTW member even if he has participated only once and i want to vote him I will vote him n_n

i dont think that people who dont participate should be voters in this thing.i havent even played with them so its impossible for them to know me and vote me
