I thought it would be an effect monster but looks like it wont.

I think it's too early for Excess monsters. Also Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode isn't a Synchro Monster (It's a form of one but whatever). | |

I think it's too early for Excess monsters. Also Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode isn't a Synchro Monster (It's a form of one but whatever). Extreme Victory pack is included in series 7 along with Tech Genus monsters so I believe your right about that. Definately not an Excess monster.
