Mist Valley Divine Wind

Once per turn, if a face-up WIND monster you control is returned to the hand, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck.

Damn. That's an awesome field for Mist Valleys. They can return monsters from the field to the hand easily with Falcon and Apex Avian and gain a lot of advantage. They can also get around the "once per turn" by returning the field to the hand and reactivating it. There are also some very good WIND tuners,including the flexible Symphonic Warrior Bassist, that allow easy Synchros.
