Vayu Special Summons, but he still needs a non-tuner to do so. So...Vayu doesn't work with this guy at all.

| Sorry, for the "off-topic"/spam I don't know what it is, but terraplant never said that it synchro summons. He told vem to go check vayu, because vem posted that vayu doesn't synchro summon claiming that Hiren can be used with vayu. (that he/she actaully can't)
