better than Hope I guess... the only bad thing is that you can only activate the effect twice...:(

So,I am giving 2 level 4 monsters to get a 2100 beatstick that can attack twice per battle phase two times.

How about no? Man,Konami has sure *CENSORED* up the Exceed mechanic. At least make them worth playing!

How the freaking hell will komami SELL these *CENSORED* PACKS?

I believe you should take a look at "The Duelist Genesis" pack. Remember? About 15 cards were useful imho.
Now think.
As the first format with Exceed they shouldn't be too broken. We already got Librarian, Tengu, and other broke stand-alone cards. Let me asure you, the 3rd pack will have at least 2 broken exceeds.

Not wanting to be too out of the subject, at 2100 ATK he's quite decent. Not strong, true. We're getting some (useless) utility cards here fellows.

um...Hope is way better. His attack is somewhat decent and he negates attacks. With this crap your opponent just specials Cydra and suicides it

@sin: I understand your logic, but think: we got Stardust, RDA, Thought Ruker, and Goyo Guardian in that pack. To this day they're still some of the best synchros

Ya know sth guys, I think you have this all wrong. I personally like Exceeds, maybe all of the Exceeds released so far. The fact that you got used to UNLIMITED POWER with the *CENSORED* broken Synchros like Goyo, Stardust, Black Rose doesn't make exceeds useless. I always see exceeds as a nice try to make the game fun again. Don't be greedy. If exceeds get more broken than Synchros you are more likely to abandon the game than use them (if the game is not already destroyed by then). So stop the whining ''They are not like Synchros'' cause that's what is good about them.

BTW I agree with Harper on one thing. Hope is way better but this fellow ain't bad at all.

You have a point there but the Synchros have set a high standard for Extra Deck monsters,so comparison between Synchros and Exceeds is unavoidable.
