| Each week a rule will be given and you will create a card based on that rule.
For Example: Winged-Beast Support!
The staff will pick the best 3 creations and a poll will be opened. The card with the most votes in the end of the week will be the custom card of the week and the member who created it will get 100 SC.
RULES OF THE WEEK:
-Your Card can only be an Effect Monster.
-The effect of the Monster MUST start with "When this Card is Normal Summoned,"
