Dark Wold Dealings + Infernity Archfiend

What happens if I play DW Dealings with no cards in my hand and I draw Inf Archfiemd?

Archfiend cannot be activated, in the middle of DW Dealings' resolution, so you must discard him.

Effects cannot be activated in the middle of the resolution of a chain. For example, you can't activate MST if you draw it with Allure of Darkness before removing a DARK monster, or you can't activate bottomless on a Stardust Dragon when it's summoned through Starlight Road's effect since a chain is resolving already.

The answer is you can't.
