| Welcome to another Custom Card of the Week competition!
Like every week, a rule will be given and you will have to create a card based on that rule e.g. Create a Warrior-Type monster.
After
your custom cards have been submited I will select the best and a
poll will be opened. The card with the most votes will be declared
Custom Card of the Week and the member who created it will be cashed
with a certain amount of Credits. All other participants will be awarded
with 20 Credits each for their useless effort. The person who wins both COTW and CCOTW at the same week will get a bonus of 50 Credits.

Rules of the Week:Create a Beast-Type monster.

When this card is Normal Summoned, remove from play 1 Spellcaster-Type "Ice Barrier" monster from your Deck. When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 of your removed from play Spellcaster-Type "Ice Barrier" monsters, and add it to your hand.
Only in Ravnica do the wolves watch the flock.
