Custom Card of The Week #1

Each week a rule will be given and you will create a card based on that rule.

The staff will pick the best 3 creations and a poll will be opened.The card with the most votes in the end of the week will be the custom card of the week and the member who created it will get 100 SC. Everyone who creates a card will get 10 SC.

This card can only be Fusion Summoned by the effect of ''Toon World Chapter 11-Joining Forces''. This card cannot attack unless you pay 1000 Life Points. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.
