Custom Card of the Week #17

Each week a rule will be given and you will create a card based on that rule.
For Example: Make a Lightworn Support card!

I will pick the best creations and a poll will be opened. The card with the most votes in the end of the week will be the custom card of the week and the member who created it will get 150 SC for this week only! The other participantsl will be awarded with 30 SC each.

Rules Of The Week:

1. The card you will create must be a Normal Monster
2. The card you will create must be a Tuner monster.
3. The card you will create must be one of the following types: Machine-Type, Fairy-Type, Fish-Type or Dragon-Type.
