I think you are exaggerating. It's just a better Urbellum. Not a Darksoul.

NOOO my friend is so gonna run this wen it comes out he'll just use that 1 x saber i cant remember the name but every time its sent to the graveyard he gets to add i xsaber from his deck to his hand so he could have 1 of those 1 gottoms and this new souza guy tribute that 1 reaper with souza use gottoms emergency call bring back 2 reaper dudes tribute them with gottoms i lose 2 cards then tribute souza and i lose another card then he gets to add 4 xsaber monsters to his hand 4!!! like seriously against anymore xsabers id be out of the duel the x sabers are too good as it is they need 2 ban some crap next year then ruin the sabers just like the blackwings make another example but of course theyre going to giv them an even better card first

the x saber your thinking of is darksoul and Konami is making an errata so the effect doesnt stack anymore

Ummm this may sound too noobish of a question, but can you use it'se second effect to save him from a Trap Hole?

Let's say Bottomless because Trap Hole doesn't stop special summons
I am 99% that you can't use his eff to save him because if you use priority his effect will be chain link 1 and bth will be chain link 2. So he will be removed from play before he can get his effect . That's a *phew*

If you don't use priority, his effect cannot be chained to BTH's?

Souza's effect is an Ignition effect. He can still be affected by BTH o TT.

I'm really curious if you can tribute himself to avoid getting himself removed by BTH.

Also, I'm not really sure, but since his effect does not state "once per turn" then he can activate his effect as many times he wants. I want find out if you can tribute 2 monsters to get both effects. He still can tribute darksouls to search a lot of sabers, so he'll still be useful anyways.

Lets define priority because many people are confused.

Priority:The right to have your card effect be Chain Link 1. That right belongs to the turn player.

That means that when you summon Brionac,you can use it's effect as Chain Link 1,then your opponent can chain stuff.

I meant that continuous effects are not put into chain links, and that the effect of giving him an effect is an ignition effect, therefore it IS put in a chain.

I'm confusing myself ;\

this whole game is a bit confusing lol
