Deck Build: 31/40: Your deck was a lvl eater monarch deck. It was quite original not the all time classic monarh feck neither frog monarchs. You could make some corrections to it though cause it looked a bit incnsictent cause in 2 duels i didnt see a single lvl eater being used prperly.
