4 tuners are ok, 7 are way many for a deck plague can be used twice so 5 tuners.

It is an ok deck. A jinzo anti 3 caius is a good addition Spells and traps are ok but you had some unneeded tuners and also some spells could be replaceed but is an average good deck ;)
